Joe Carroll’s official title is Information Systems, but you’ll find him wearing many hats at Red Boot — managing our computer systems, handling licensing and our kosher program, implementing digital supervision and data collection onto the production floor, and more. Joe keeps our operations at peak technological capacity and efficiency with an eye on advancements for growth.
Joe is proud to have been integral in working with the food safety team to earn our certification from the Safe Quality Food Institute, and enjoys working with a team of supportive, friendly, and intelligent people.
Prior to Red Boot, Joe spent time teaching college humanities. His education background is an asset in helping others articulate their ideas, as well as in the more technical aspects of our business.
Outside of Red Boot, Joe enjoys reading, writing, and working with the Lyceum Movement, a civic non-profit he helped found.
