TRUCK DRIVER – CLASS A CDL

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently between local warehouses while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires experience with semi (yard spotter) and various forklift equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operates a semi (yard spotter), lift trucks, including clamp trucks and cherry pickers, to transport goods to various warehouses.
  • Loads and unloads products from trailers and tracks containers using warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding commercial driving.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding deliveries.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules while ensuring safety on the road.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Class A CDL; Motor Vehicle Report Required
  • Successfully pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently (bi-lingual a plus)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating Class A vehicle
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and effectively
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
  • Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
TANK & SANITATION OPERATOR

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tank & Sanitation Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for food production and processing. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a forklift to transport the completed product blends from the blending department to packaging tanks.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on blending equipment; identify and report any equipment malfunctions; follow CIP of manufacturing equipment (i.e. tanks, totes, can lines, bottling lines).
  • Works close quality control to ensure all machinery and surfaces are cleaned from product and sanitized daily or between production runs as needed.
  • Perform industrial cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are sanitized and free from contaminants.
  • Execute commercial cleaning duties in various settings, including warehouses and food processing areas.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to effectively sanitize surfaces, tools, and machinery.
  • Follow established sanitation protocols to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the fabrication of cleaning schedules and routines tailored to specific operational needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with custodial practices and sanitation standards in food production environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) safely and efficiently as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Experience driving a forklift preferred; Forklift Certified a plus.
  • Knowledge of food processing sanitation requirements is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient procurement of materials, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools.

Responsibilities
  • Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to secure optimal terms and pricing.
  • Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and reduce stockouts or overstocks.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including arranging shipments, managing freight costs, and tracking delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize delivery routes and transit times.
  • Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate action.
  • Adjust inventory plans accordingly to meet changing demand patterns and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain process and propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Streamline processes for order processing, procurement, and demand fulfillment to increase productivity and meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Meets all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements; participate in food safety meetings as required.
  • Cultivates and promotes a strong safety culture and follows all safety policies, procedures, and regulations; identifies and communicates workplace hazards, and corrects or seeks assistance to correct unsafe actions or conditions; participates in safety meetings as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of proven experience in a supply chain-related role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software, SQL or other reporting tools).
  • Experience maintaining and understanding ERP data (e.g., Bills of Material, Item Masters, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or CSCMP are advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Well-organized and skilled in time management, prioritization, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
