MANUFACTURING MASTER SCHEDULER
Red Boot is seeking a full-time on-site Manufacturing Master Scheduler at our Des Moines, IA location. The Manufacturing Master Scheduler will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, coordinating with production planning teams, analyzing data to ensure efficient operations, maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, and coordinating with inventory control personnel.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in creating and managing production schedules and coordinating production planning
- Analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of inventory control methods and experience in maintaining inventory accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues
- Experience with ERP systems and software proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.

Red Boot is looking for an experienced individual to step into the role of Compliance Specialist with our growing beverage company. This role is vital to our business and will ensure that all labels, formulas, permits, and licenses are in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Experience & Education

Red Boot is looking for an experienced Senior Plant Accountant to manage the entire MRP system of a growing beverage manufacturer.
Experience & Education
- Experience working with Bill of Materials, item masters, and manufacturing reporting software
- Minimum five years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with a standard cost system
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
