Adam (AJ) Lewis is one of Red Boot’s Process Engineers, dedicated to overseeing our maintenance process.
AJ joined the Red Boot team in February 2024, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to his role. AJ says the people are what drew him to work here: “Everyone has a smile on their face.”
Outside of work, AJ enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
