Meet Shamika Kulkarni, Red Boot’s Materials Manager. Shamika is a chemical engineer with vast experience in process designing, SAP tools, demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain management. She spent her formative years in Maharashtra, India, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. Before coming to Red Boot, Shamika led the North India planning and production department of Siegwerk, a leading manufacturer of printing inks and coatings.
For Red Boot, Shamika forecasts materials requirements, and develops and implements purchasing strategies and daily activities. You’ll find her communicating with suppliers, and managing our supply chain and inventory.
